Check the essentials customers act on
Review your name, appropriate categories, location or service area, opening hours, telephone number and website link. Confirm that someone can call, get directions or find the right service page from a phone. Update special hours when your operation changes. The profile should describe the business customers will actually encounter.
Explain the services you want to sell
Use clear service descriptions and relevant pages on your website. A shop offering ceramic coating, PPF and detailing should make those differences understandable. Keep prices and package information accurate wherever you publish them. Avoid creating misleading locations or implying that a service is available where you cannot deliver it.
Show current work and ask for honest feedback
Add useful photographs of the business and completed work with appropriate permissions. Give real customers a straightforward route to leave an honest review. Make that request a repeatable part of the service process, then respond constructively to the feedback you receive. Do not buy reviews or screen the request so only happy customers can leave public feedback.
Measure customer actions in context
Review calls, website visits, directions and the enquiries your team receives. Search visibility varies by location and query. A single ranking screenshot cannot establish whether the profile is producing worthwhile business. Keep a record of changes and compare useful customer actions with what your business can actually serve.
